Each month of Heidi brings through a different theme for contemplation and inner calm. Enjoy melodic tones of music and sound, gentle spoken word in meditation, vocal toning, as well as individual intuitive reiki healing. Heidi effortlessly floats around the small group inviting in peace, clarity and rejuvenation, freeing your monkey mind of internal chatter and your body of unnecessary tension, lulling your soul to state of peace and balance.

BYO yoga mat, as well as a pillow & blanket for comfort if needed. You are welcome to lay on the floor on a yoga mat, or upright seated in one of the available chairs.
