During this four week course, you can expect to dive into some gentle exploration of self awareness and insight, befriending your mind in a way that might surprise you. Inviting the opportunity to understand on a deeper level why Mindfulness is so beneficial, not only for your mind, but also your emotions, supporting you with stress resilience which in turn also improves your physical health.
Sharing insight into your own mindful experience can bring you back to your soul's core, your inner truth and stillness. When we operate from this space, we find that we are able to embrace more humility, patience, gratitude, acceptance as well as many other beautiful qualities that bring forth a more grounded & present and way of being.
