About the event
One of the biggest myths of mindfulness and meditation is that people assume they should be able to switch their minds off completely to be able to practice Mindfulness & Meditation. Honestly this couldn't be further from the truth. We are humans with a fully functioning mind and thoughts are always going to be part of your every day life. During this course you can expect to dive into some beautiful exploration of self awareness and insight, befriending your mind in a way that might surprise you.
You will have the opportunity to learn why Mindfulness is so beneficial, not only for your mind, but also your emotions and feelings. How it can help with stress resilience and also improve your physical health. You will learn how to find your way back to being in the present moment, whilst also enjoying some beautifully guided meditations in each class.
If you cannot make it for a lesson you will still receive all the material as well as a one on one short catch up with Heidi by phone or in person.
